Epic Communications Limited is a mobile network operator, and the largest one in Malta by number of customers. The company offers a full range of Voice, SMS and mobile Data services over 2G, 3G, 4G, 4G+ and 5G networks.
Epic is a technology company built with the vision to reimagine connectivity by providing a great network with great value.
Concept Stadium was asked to work with Malta’s Telecommunications company Epic during its rebranding phase from Vodafone to create a modern and easy to use website for both its business clients as well as consumers. Additionally, a nationwide public perception campaign was required to manage such change and at the same time drive brand loyalty towards the new proposition.
The Concept Stadium team crafted a UX-centric portal where customers can learn more about the provider and its products including mobile and home connectivity. The fully responsive website design and development as well as ongoing technical maintenance and care plan proved to be a value-added service by the Commercial Creatives in order for Epic to consider their online space as a main customer touchpoint including live chat.
The Concept Stadium team also supported Epic to strategically build a strong relationship with both its clients and potential clients through public relations and communications consultancy including the launch of a fibre-to-the-home value product.
