Social Media Client Partner

As a Social Media Client Partner, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing our clients’ social media presence, ensuring content is strategic, consistent, and results-driven.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day social media accounts for multiple clients.
  • Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions tailored to each client’s tone of voice.
  • Coordinate with our Creative Studio to brief and deliver visual content.
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement to support community management.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.
  • Identify trends, platform updates, and content opportunities relevant to each client.
  • Assist with basic paid social campaigns and post boosting when required.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding content and performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience managing social media accounts (agency experience is considered an asset).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and content trends.
  • Confident copywriting skills in Maltese & English.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
  • Basic understanding of paid social advertising is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and within a team, and meeting set deadlines.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
