The Concept Stadium has continued to invest in its Digital, Social Media and PR teams by welcoming two new members to their local boutique marketing consultancy company. Alice Battistino and Kyle Mintoff both started off as interns, gaining experience whilst continuing their studies. Following their experience with The Concept Stadium, they have both become an integral part of the growing Commercial Creatives team.
Alice conducted her internship at The Concept Stadium as part of the PR team last year. Starting off with mid-through a pandemic, she worked remotely and was consequently unable to gain the entire experience due to the imposed restrictions. As the team returned to their modern offices in Naxxar, Alice assumed the role of Junior Social Media and Client Partner within the Digital & Social Media Team. She is responsible for assisting the team and clients with a number of social media activations as well as on-site events.
“It’s great to be a part of such a driven team. I am able to share my passion with like-minded creatives who are ambitious about moving forward and achieving the best results for the Company and its Clients”, said Alice. As a new graduate in Communications, she brings forth an eagerness to put her studies into practice as well as an enthusiasm to learn more from her colleagues.
Similarly, Kyle joined The Concept Stadium as an intern a few years back with an Admin Support role. After completing the internship, he proceeded with his studies graduating in International Business Management, and has now returned to The Concept Stadium where he joined the PR & Admin team as a Junior PR Researcher & Support Executive.
“I am very happy to be back at The Concept Stadium and I am truly looking forward to support both the PR & Admin teams, particularly by engaging and creating links with our clients and the public”, said Kyle.
Welcoming Kyle and Alice to the team is Jonathan Dalli, Founder and CEO of The Concept Stadium. He commented, “We are passionate about offering opportunities to students wishing to gain experience whilst studying. Nurturing growth in the workplace is an integral part of long-lasting and fruitful relationships with our team and we are adamant in continuing to recruit Commercial Creatives who are eager to grow with us. Such growth also reflects our constant endeavour to ensure we remain an important player in the marketing industry in Malta, being responsive to our clients and above-all contributing to value-added marketing activities.”
