As CEO of Concept Stadium, I’ve always believed in the power of presence; not just in our work, but in the spaces where innovation happens. This May and June, we had the opportunity to attend two of Europe’s most exciting technology and innovation gatherings: GITEX Europe in Berlin and London Tech Week. Each offered a unique stage, but both confirmed the same truth, that creativity and technology are converging faster than ever, and marketing needs to be right there in the mix.
GITEX Europe: A First for Us — and for Berlin
GITEX Europe was a first on two fronts. A new chapter for the GITEX brand, and a new experience for us. After attending GITEX Global in Dubai last year, which was an inspiring whirlwind, we were keen to see what the European edition would bring. Being closer to our base and part of the InMalta delegation powered by Tech.mt, this felt like a natural next step.
From exciting conversations to promising new partnerships and prospective clients, GITEX delivered on its promise to bring together the boldest in tech and innovation.
Crucially, the attendees we engaged with were exactly the kind of businesses and thought-leaders we aim to serve; innovative, growth-minded, and looking to make an impact in competitive markets. It reaffirmed our belief that our role as a Marketing Advisory Hub and creative powerhouse is not just relevant, but essential to helping brands grow and establish themselves across sectors and geographies.
London Tech Week: Back — and Bigger
Fast forward to June, and we were back at London Tech Week, this time not just attending, but being truly inspired by global innovation in a city that I love.
The vibe? Agile, energetic, and focused. We walked away with valuable insights into where the tech world is heading.
The hot topic, unsurprisingly, was AI. But what stood out was the growing understanding that AI is a tool, not a replacement for talent. It’s a new layer in the creative and marketing process, and it’s one we’re excited to explore.
A Strategic Step Forward
These back-to-back events weren’t just about exposure; they were about alignment. Alignment with our vision, our industry, and the momentum that’s building around creativity in the tech space. The quality of interactions and the profile of attendees reaffirmed that we’re in the right conversations, with the right people; brands and innovators who are actively seeking strategic marketing partners to support their growth across different markets. We believe marketing isn’t an afterthought, it’s a strategic driver of business, innovation, and growth.
Looking Ahead: Dubai and Lisbon
As we reflect on a successful first half of the year, we’re also setting our sights ahead. This October, we’ll be returning to Dubai for GITEX Global; one of the world’s largest and most energising tech shows. And in November, we’ll be heading to Lisbon for Web Summit, a major hub for startups, investors, and digital change-makers.
Both business missions represent exciting opportunities to continue positioning Concept Stadium locally and internationally, meet like-minded professionals, and stay at the forefront of where marketing and innovation intersect. We’re excited to see how these upcoming journeys will continue to shape our thinking.
Last but not least
A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team, both those who represented Concept Stadium in Berlin and London, and those behind the scenes who made it all happen. The energy, commitment, and creativity behind every detail made us proud.
