Elaine Bonello

Elaine brings her financial planner’s mindset to Concept Stadium’s board in her role as non executive Director.
Her decades of experience in the financial services arena have taught her that numbers alone will not balance the relationship scales, but a mix of attention to detail, empathy, pursuit of excellence and hard work will, no matter the industry.

Concept Stadium occupies a very special place in her heart and she greatly enjoys her time there both for official Board duties, but also to spend time with the Team, discuss strategy, direction and  the Company’s growth. A very special moment was being present at the first brain storming session for the latest rebrand and following the stages till the launch in Spring 25.

She is passionate about the English language with a degree in English on her bucket list, and loves word trivia games.
Elaine is fanatical about Italian music and jumps at every opportunity to see a long list of singers  in concert. She also believes that a fit mind needs to fit into a fit body and incorporates exercise into her daily routine. She is a keen sports follower and can grasp the basics of a good number of sports…with baseball as a notable exception.

She is a  very proud mum to her much loved son as together they navigate his early teenage years, Shakespeare, fractional equations, refraction,  training and life in general.

She very much believes that just like the difference between hot water and boiling water is 1 degree, giving 100% returns 100% satisfaction.
