We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of projects for some of our most valued clients. This is a senior-level position for an experienced designer who can confidently lead campaigns, inspire teams, build strong client relationships, and continuously push creative boundaries.
As a Senior Visual Designer, you’ll be responsible for overseeing creative projects from initial brief through final delivery, ensuring every touchpoint is visually compelling, strategically sound, and aligned with client objectives. You’ll be a trusted creative team member to both clients and colleagues, bringing fresh thinking, innovative solutions, and a deep understanding of emerging design trends, technologies, and techniques.

How Will You Make an Impact?
- Lead creative campaigns from strategy and concept development through to execution and delivery.
- Take ownership of key client accounts, acting as a trusted creative advisor and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Present ideas, concepts, and creative solutions confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback, support, and creative direction.
- Ensure creative output consistently meets the highest standards of design excellence and brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, marketers, content creators, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Drive innovation by staying ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, AI tools, and evolving creative practices.
- Continuously explore and implement new techniques, platforms, and creative approaches that create measurable impact for clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of the creative agency’s creative standards, processes, and capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in a visual design role, with demonstrated experience leading creative campaigns.
- Previous marketing agency experience is highly preferred.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing campaign work across digital, print, and integrated marketing channels.
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept through execution and delivery.
- Strong experience managing client relationships and presenting creative work.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, managing, or leading creative team members.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
- A naturally curious and forward-thinking creative mindset.
- Passion for staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, AI-driven workflows, and evolving design practices.
Technical Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of branding, campaign development, visual storytelling, and design systems.
- Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and creative asset development.
- Ability to work independently while thriving within a collaborative team environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Figma.
- Motion graphics and animation skills using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of multimedia production and audio-visual content creation.
- Experience working across social media campaigns, video content, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies.
