Malta Public Transport required a cohesive, modernised brand presence to reflect its anniversary milestone, national significance and product offerings. The challenge of such product marketing included unifying diverse brand touchpoints, from physical spaces to digital channels, while maintaining consistency, clarity, and engagement for both local and tourists across customer-facing and operational communications.

The Concept Stadium team developed comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all platforms. The Commercial Creatives rebranded bus depots, kiosks, and charging stations, enhancing onsite branding to align with a refreshed identity. Collateral for stores, resellers, and HR induction materials was designed to maintain professional presentation across internal and external communications. Digital presence was elevated through refreshed content creation, supported by engaging photography and videos. A consistent public relations and total stakeholder perception management strategy was adopted to ensure continuous presence in the media and online portals. This holistic approach created a unified, modern brand experience that resonated with customers, employees, and stakeholders alike.
